The Rev. Kenneth Albright - Pastor
Good Shepherd welcomed the Rev. Kenneth Albright to our congregation on February 1, 2020. Pastor Ken received his BA in Christian Education at Lenoir-Rhyne University in 1990 and a Master of Divinity at Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia, SC in 1994. Ordained in 1994, he has served as a parish pastor for 25 years, most recently at St. Thomas Lutheran Church in Palmetto Bay, FL. Pastor Ken and his wife, Charlotte, have two adult daughters. He calls himself a “south paw” who enjoys hiking, biking, birding, tennis, photography, gardening, archery and finding new trails to explore. Pastor Ken can be reached through the church office at lcgs@comporium.net or (828) 883-3680.
Whitney Ferrara - Office Manager
A native of Dallas, TX, Whitney and her husband moved to Brevard over 5 years ago. She came to Good Shepherd with a background as a business analyst and customer service representative in the manufacturing sector. Whitney’s quick sense of humor and unique light-hearted approach to any challenge has a positive impact on everyone with whom she interfaces and every situation, no matter how complex. Whitney can be reached during church office hours at lcgs@comporium.net or (828) 883-3680.
Dr. David Gresham - Minister of Music

Good Shepherd welcomed Abby to our staff in February 2022 to a joint position shared with St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in Brevard. While working on her degrees in Religion and Environmental Science at Wittenberg University in Ohio, Abby worked in the campus chapel and volunteered with Lutheran and Episcopal youth groups. A native of Chattanooga, TN, she spent three months after graduation volunteering in Vicksburg, MS. Although Abby was raised in the Methodist tradition, her family has a long history of time spent in Montreat, where she also worked for the Presbyterian conference center for two summers. In her free time, Abby enjoys reading, playing board games, hiking and biking.
